These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Schemalicious application ("the App"), operated by Schemalicious ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
By installing the App from the Shopify App Store or by using any part of the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Schemalicious.
Schemalicious is a Shopify application that uses artificial intelligence to generate structured data (JSON-LD) for your store's products, collections, and pages. The App provides:
To use the App, you must have a valid Shopify store and account in good standing. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during installation.
The App offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through the Shopify App Store billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable fees to your Shopify account.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Schemalicious and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in connection with your Shopify store for its intended purpose.
Structured data generated by the App for your store is yours to use in connection with your Shopify store. However, we retain all rights to the underlying AI models, algorithms, templates, and generation processes.
The App uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate structured data. You acknowledge and agree that:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schemalicious shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Schemalicious and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We will delete your stored data within 30 days of uninstallation, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
